Resthaven on Vogel
Resthaven on Vogel is situated alongside beautiful Payne Park, and most rooms have a courtyard or park view.
Our caring team are here to help residents enjoy the life they choose. There is a programme of activities, hobbies, and trips for residents to take part in, and a number of on-site amenities including the Coffee Post café, village shop, large indoor communal spaces, peaceful outdoor areas, and smaller areas where families can spend time with their mum or dad.
Residents add their own personal touch to their room with favourite furniture, pictures, and ornaments. We take care of meals, laundry, and cleaning, but if residents would like to cook or bake, wash their own clothes, or do their own cleaning, our team support them to do this. Assessment for the different levels of care is provided by Disability Support Link.
Resthome, Continuing & Memory Care
Resthaven on Vogel has 50 'beds' available for resthome and continuing (hospital-level) care, and a Memory Care Unit (Tui) which caters for 10 residents living with dementia. The rooms are single rooms, with two of the resthome rooms large enough to accommodate a married couple or two people who like to share.
At Resthaven on Vogel there are premium daily room charges on some rooms. As at 1st January 2024, these charges range from: $0 to $40.*

NEW -
Care Studios in the Hanlin Building
Our care studios are a brand-new addition in the stunning Hanlin Building in the heart of our village. We have a small number of care studios available under an Occupation Right Agreement (ORA) basis. Note: The care studio ORA does not have shared capital gain.
The new care studios are designed for people requiring resthome or continuing (hospital-level) care and offer comfortable living and the community atmosphere of our friendly, family-oriented village. They are well laid out, with an ensuite bathroom, electric bed, fridge, and emergency call system.
