Apartments on Vogel
Apartments and Care Studios

We are loving welcoming residents into their newly completed supported living apartments and care studios in Stage 1 of Apartments on Vogel. The first building is named the Hanlin Building, recognising the generous contribution by the Hanlin sisters in the late 1960s which helped establish Resthaven. Further apartments are planned for Stage 2 and Stage 3.

The Coffee Post café and the village shop are right on your doorstep... Enjoy the great coffee, food and a wonderful community vibe, whether you are grabbing a coffee on the run, savouring a smooth latte, catching up with friends for lunch, or picking up one of our tasty catering boxes. And the best part? All profits from The Coffee Post go directly to supporting Cambridge Resthaven, our community-owned retirement village and care centres.

Supported Living Apartments
Our aim is to offer comfortable, easy-living apartments where people can enjoy a great lifestyle. Residents will have the comfort of living as they would in their own home, with the added benefit of care and support coming to them in their apartment.

Care Studios
Experience our spacious new care studios in the heart of the retirement village, and enjoy being part of a friendly, family-oriented village where there’s always something happening - an enjoyable social  programme, our buzzing village café, and the convenience of the on-site shop. Rest home or continuing (hospital-level) care can be provided in the comfort of your studio, and all meals, laundry and cleaning are provided.

The care studios are purchased on an Occupation Right Agreement (ORA) basis. The care studio ORA does not have shared capital gain.

Vogel Street View - Stage 3 when completed

THE PROJECT

Stage 1 of the Apartments on Vogel has been an amazing project.
Construction began in April 2022 and was completed in February 2024.
We took progress photos of the building each month and included them in our regular newsletters (below) during the project. We also turned the photos into a series of one-minute 'slideshows' on our YouTube channel - click here to watch the transformation over the months.
